Scope of Service

The services provided by Legisteraktif Organizer are offered in packages or separately, consisting of:

1. Monitoring of law-making initiated by the House of Representatives/Government, from the drafting, harmonization, and deliberation phases up to approval.
2. Consultation and technical assistance in identifying and understanding all stages in the law-making process, including the dynamic associated with such process.
3. Mapping of the views or positions of the members of parliament or fractions/political groups of the House of Representatives with regard to the process and substantive of the Bills in the course of its drafting, harmonization, and deliberation.
4. Facilitation of conveyance of input/recommendation between client to members of parliament, fractions/political groups, and components of the supporting system.
5. Study on (i) legal framework within which the law is being formulated and deliberated; (ii) compliance with the applicable procedures governing the passage of laws (formal aspect) as set forth in Law Number 12 of 2011 on the Law-Making; and (iii) the drafting process, during which potential misinterpretation, jurisdiction overlap, and conflict of authority can emerge.
